Projects and Funding Experience
Since 1986, Partners has assisted first time home buyers, worked in community partnerships, leveraged a wide range of financing to provide affordable housing. Partners has purchased, rehabilitated, and sold over 6,380 housing, apartment, and condominium units throughout the United States, investing well in excess of $200 million dollars over the past 22 years.
Additionally, Partners has provided over 4,350 affordable living accommodations to families in need, utilizing private mortgage financing, tax credits, bond issues, and transferring millions of dollars in equity to first time homeowners through their affordable housing program.
